How reach us

Elba Island is located in Tuscany, in the Tyrrhenian Sea, in the province of Livorno. Together with six other islands (Gorgona, Capraia, Pianosa, Giglio, Montecristo and Giannutri) form the Tuscan Archipelago.

Embarkation for the Island of Elba

You can take the ferry to Elba Island to the port of Piombino.

Several companies operate on the route leading to Portoferraio (Toremar, Moby Lines and Blu Navy).
The trip takes about an hour, and frequency of the ferry during the summer is less than an hour.
Some Navy ships arrive in Rio Marina or Cavo.

From the port go towards the inner direction, at the crossroad of Carpani take the provincial road to Porto Azzurro.

After crossing the internal part of the island, and passed the Gulf of Mola, you reach the village of Porto Azzurro.

Pass through the village along Italy avenue (the street lined with trees), leaving the sea behind you, going towards Rio Marina.

Leaving the village, the provincial roads goes to a hill, passes the cemetery of San Cerbone and slope to Barbarossa.

10 meters after the junction to the beach of Barbarossa, on the left there is another crossroad for Monserrato.

The farm is the house that you see on the left, leaving the provincial road, after 20 meters.

From Cavo

Follow the signs to Rio Marina – Porto Azzurro.

From Rio Marina

Leaving the dock at the port, turn left in direction Rio nell’ Elba, Porto Azzurro.

After climbing the provincial almost until Rio nell’ Elba, take the roundabout in the direction of Porto Azzurro.

The road climbs at high altitude, then descends to Porto Azzurro.

Shortly before Porto Azzurro, you reach the junction to the left, 10 meters before you go the beach of Barbarossa, on the right you’ll see the junction for Monserrato.
